Committal proceedings in the case against a Douglas man accused of benefit fraud have been delayed.
63-year-old Robert Graham Moffitt, of Hillside Avenue, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday.
He's previously denied 12 offences of making false representations to obtain benefits between April 2012 and October 2017.
The prosecutor told the court outstanding paperwork was needed before he could be committed to stand trial at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
A two-week adjournment was granted - committal is now due to take place on December 18th.
