Ramsey commissioners say they'll meet Heron & Brearley this week about the number of empty pubs in the town.
The board says it's worried about vacant properties and the potential for deterioration after the buildings were left unused.
In recent times, the town has lost the Central Hotel and Stanley Hotel after both were hit by the coronavirus pandemic, and the Brittania Hotel was also put up for sale.
The meeting is due to be held on Thursday.
