A Ramsey gallery has had its colourful yarn covering removed from a lamp post for 'safety reasons.'
The owner of Pink Seaweed, Leanne Higgins, had decorated the column after her request to paint it was refused by commissioners.
She claims the wool cover was made so that it could be removed easily, while commissioners say it restricted access to the column door and was 'tied tight.'
Leanne adds that she will 'never understand the negativity bubble that some people live in.'
