Commissioners in the West of the Island have strong words for a person who fly tipped a sofa.
Patrick Commissioners says that the couch was dumped on the road from Ballanass up towards Snuff the Wind.
It says this is extremely disappointing when considering the Civic Amenity site is just a couple of miles down the road.
It also says fly tipping costs money to collect and dispose of correctly and litters the countryside.
