Onchan Commissioners have condemned a member who walked out carrying secret documents after a meeting - in defiance of protocols.
At the local authority's last board meeting, members discussed possible leaks of confidential information after the incident in January.
The meeting heard the member involved had shown unacceptable conduct in the past - and were behind a previous data breach.
The board is now considering further measures to make sure commissioners all follow the rules.
