A Malew commissioner has urged the department of infrastructure to come back with a different design for a new road layout in Ballasalla.
Plans to replace the Balthane roundabout and provide for future connection with Balthane junction and Glashen Hill were unveiled last night.
Highways officials have pledged to bring revised proposals back to the public before pressing ahead with the work.
