A commissioner says he's complained under the Equality Act after a sailing club wouldn't let him join.
Patrick representative Leo Cussons says he tried to join Peel Sailing and Cruising Club so he could hold a boat-building event, but was turned down.
On his website, he called the membership refusal arbitrary in nature and added the club was unwilling to provide a justification.
The club says its correct procedures have all been followed.
Mr Cussons says he's now raised concerns under the Equality Act 2010.
