A Patrick commissioner has quit his role on the Western Civic Amenity Site board.
Leo Cussons said he has no faith his local authority can put the site on a sustainable footing.
According to minutes from Patrick commissioners' last meeting, he resigned in April, just weeks after being re-elected to the board in March.
In his manifesto, he said the site needed substantial investment which would require 'ingenuity and determination'.
