University College Isle of Man has introduced a new course to help those wanting to study nursing at a higher level.
It's designed for those aged 18 or over who want to become a nurse, midwife or allied health professional, but don't have the qualifications needed for university level.
The one year, full time course is equivalent to three A-levels.
Head of Faculty for Wellbeing, Karen Davies, says the Access to Higher Education course is also great for someone who has been out of education for some time and wants to develop knowledge and confidence before studying a degree.
