Customers who were at a Douglas coffee shop during a one-hour period last Tuesday are being asked to immediately self-isolate as a precaution.
Officials are asking anyone who was at Java Express Coffee Shop & Noodle Bar between 12.30pm and 1.30pm on February 16 to quarantine straight away along with members of their household and contact 111.
The venue had already been identified as a low risk Covid-19 venue between those times on that day after a visitor later tested positive for the virus.
However, government has confirmed since then another customer there during that period went on to develop symptoms and has since tested positive for Coronavirus.
The 111 service is open from 8am to 8pm every day.
