Peel Coastguard were called out this week after a man dislocated his knee whilst walking.
Just before 3pm on Monday a worker slipped and injured himself on the Peel to St John's railway line.
Peel Coastguard was paged to assist paramedics - where the casualty was taken to an ambulance, then to hospital for further treatment.
The team stood down at 4pm.
