Three people had to be rescued from the Tower of refuge yesterday after being cut off by the tide.
Douglas Coastguards were diverted from their usual TT evening patrols to help.
Crews were on the scene quickly and made sure the people were returned safely to the beach.
Anyone planning to walk out to the tower is urged to check the tide times beforehand.
