Douglas Coastguard was called out to help with an emergency medical transfer in the early hours of this morning, for the second time this week
The patient was flown to the UK from Noble's Hospital around 12.45am, Thursday, July 23.
A helicopter was brought in from Caernarvon in Wales for it.
It comes after a similar incident in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
