Emergency services are continuing to search for a woman from Peel who went missing two days ago.
It’s believed 60-year-old Catherine Pridham, who is known as Cathy, entered the sea at Niarbyl on Sunday morning.
Her family say she had recently found out she was suffering from cancer having been in a period of remission for some time.
Cathy’s red Toyota car was found at Niarbyl and personal items were found on the shore.
Coastguard and lifeboat teams are continuing to search the area – members of the public have been asked to report anything which could help.
However Sergeant Gavin Callow says people shouldn’t search themselves:
