There will be five days of road closures on the Douglas to Ramsey Coast Road from later this week.
Officials are informing motorists a section of the A2 will shut from Thursday (November 21) until next Monday (November 25) between 9.30am and 4.30pm each day.
The Department of Infrastructure says it's whilst trees are removed from a grass bank next to Green's Garage which has become unstable following heavy rain.
Outside those hours the route will open a single-lane for traffic through the area controlled by temporary lights - a diversion will also be in place on Minorca Hill and Old Laxey Hill where parking will be suspended during the day.
