Manx Co-operative has been ordered to hand over documents, messages and CCTV footage to a woman who's claiming she was unfairly dismissed and suffered disability discrimination.
Rachel Willis, who is registered blind, worked at the chain's store on Christian Street in Ramsey and took out a claim against the company.
But a hearing was told the Co-op had failed to hand over all its evidence in the case during disclosure, including details about a company involved in investigating bullying and discrimination at the branch.
Employment Tribunal chair Douglas Stewart ordered the company to provide the documents by Friday, April 17.
