UK rider Matt Clinton triumphed in yesterday’s End 2 End Mountain Bike Challenge.
It was the first win for the West Midlands man who completed the 75-kilometre challenge in just over three hours.Edward Perry was the best local rider, coming home in second place, with last year’s winner Elliot Baxter finishing third.
Although the rain held off conditions weren't brilliant following heavy rain.
In all 1,700 riders took part in the event including 700 from overseas.
