TV Presenter Jeremy Clarkson and wife Frances have been told that they cannot submit any more evidence as they mount their appeal against the findings of a report into the public rights of way on their land.
Aswell as the Clarkson’s the Castletown Golf Links also had their attempt at presenting evidence rejected.
The report carried out found that there were public rights of way on the Clarkson’s land, meaning people are able to walk freely around the land surrounding his Langness home.
