The first Citywing flights will leave the Island today as the company marks the start of business.
It follows a management buyout of Manx2.com at the end of last year.
The company is still based on the Island and customers have been told it is business as normal.
Citywing will continue to operate the existing routes but says a name change was needed in order to help develop business further afield.
