Douglas Council says the City Hall will be closed from Monday until after the Queen visits on Wednesday.
It says anybody needing to make payments can do so at the Henry Bloom Noble Library on Duke Street, although it won’t be able to accept cash.
The local authority’s housing team will also be operating from the library.
The City Hall will reopen on Thursday, March 21.
