Police are appealing for information after money was stolen from a church collection box in Bride.
It happened last Thursday at St Bridget’s Church between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
The donation box was forced open and an unknown quantity of money was taken.
Police believe this incident is linked to the theft of collection money from Maughold Church on the same day.
Sergeant Vinny Lund says patrols will be stepped up around rural churches but is appealing to the public to come forward with information.
Anyone who can help should contact Ramsey Police Station on 812234 or Crimestoppers.
