Organisers of the Chris Kelly Memorial Rally have cancelled the Ramsey Stage of the event.
In a statement, they say Stage 5 & 6 have been called off as there aren't enough Marshals for it to run safely.
Organisers say they're 'very disappointed' but have thanked Ramsey Town Commissioners and locals for being so encouraging and welcoming the event.
