Children Warned of Dangers of Heavy Salt Diets
A campaign urging School Pupils to cut down on their salt intake has been launched on the Island.
The campaign has been worked up by The School Meals Service and ties in with Salt Awareness Week at the start of February.
The group behind the initiative, Consensus Action on Salt and Health aims to make the public aware about the dangers of consuming too much salt in their diet, especially children.
