The Chief Minister will give evidence to a Tynwald Standing Committee next week.
Allan Bell will appear before the Economic Committee on Wednesday to discuss a number of general issues.
He will appear alongside the chief secretary Will Greenhow.
The committee will also hear evidence about the open skies policy from the Infrastructure Minister David Cretney.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the hearing which takes place at 2.30pm in the Legislative Council.
