The Chief Minister has branded a proposal for an on-Island wind farm as "shambolic".
Prowind UK Ltd. recently revealed plans for the venture - which split opinion with MHKs and members of the public.
The company has since scrapped the Jurby-based project and now wants to pursue the prospect of a solar powered farm instead.
