Chief Minister Alf Cannan says money for projects announced at the recent government conference will be settled later.
During this month's Tynwald sitting, he faced questions from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about initiatives and funding for them.
Mr Cannan outlined a number of announcements made during the event, such as a national Artificial Intelligence Office.
But he said information about how they'd be paid for wasn't yet available.
