Chief Minister outlines the 'Agenda for Change'

Allan Bell told Tynwald there needs to be a focus on three main priorities; stimulating economic growth, re balancing government finances and protecting the vulnerable.

After a year in government Mr Bell said their responsibilities were in five key areas, taxation and revenue, maintaining the economy, social policy, environment and infrastructure and strengthening government.

He said it's important this agenda for change starts now, and delivers.
