The Island’s Chief Minister met with the Prime Minister this weekend to discuss a number of issues ahead of this week’s G8 summit.
Allan Bell and David Cameron discussed tax, trade and transparency in London.
The meeting was designed to show the Island’s willingness to achieve a global solution on issues of tax evasion and fraud.
Mr Bell says the Island will now publish an action plan on beneficial ownership, will play an active part in a pilot of tax information exchange and will commit to a new multilateral convention on tax matters.
