The Isle of Man is firmly on the radar in the City of London – evidenced by an invitation to a historic meeting with the Irish President.
Earlier this week the Chief Minister and Policy and Reform Minister were invited to a dinner with Michael D Higgins.
It was part of the first ever official state visit to the UK by an Irish head of state.
Allan Bell says whilst it was a great honour it will be hard to evaluate the specific benefits to the Island:
MHK to present immigration petition to Tynwald
Injured walker rescued from Snaefell
Town centre road shut for five days this week
Royal Assent for laws giving parents and carers more rights
New cafe opens in iconic former pub
Have your say on the Island's childcare
Service to be held for long-serving RNLI volunteer
Road in south to shut for cat's eyes installation
