The Island's Chief Constable is taking a break from social media.
Gary Roberts made the announcement in a Tweet last night.
Mr Roberts has described social media as "Angry, hostile echo chambers".
He adds this isn't good for anyone and for the public to stay safe and well.
This will be my last tweet for the foreseeable future as I take a break from social media. Angry, hostile echo chambers are not good for anyone. Stay safe and well. https://t.co/JuB7wiL4kG
