A local charity is offering a place for people to go on 'Blue Monday.'
Live At Home believes that no one should feel alone, and is reaching out to those who may be feeling the effects of what's known as the saddest day of the year.
The charity will have free soup and sandwiches at the Salmon Lakes Centre in Laxey from 12-2pm on January 15.
It says the kettle is always on, and the chat and banter is an additional bonus.
