A little birdy in need of a drink has made a full recovery.
An extremely dehydrated robin was brought in to the Manx Wild Bird aid yesterday, unable to drink because of a head injury.
The charity says birds get dull, sunken eyes when they’re very thirsty.
However, after giving him hydration fluids every half an hour yesterday he perked up and rediscovered his appetite, and started preening his messy feathers.
