A charity fraudster will appeal against her prison sentence later.
62-year-old Wendy Megson was sent to prison for 39 months last June after being found guilty of a string of fraud charges.
She also has to pay around £170,000 by August or face serving another six months after a confiscation order was made against her.
Megson is due to appear before Judge of Appeal Cross this afternoon.
