A local charity has closed down after what it deems a 'successful campaign.'
Since 2009, Bowel Cancer Isle of Man raised awareness of the disease and provided support to patients.
The charity says its decision to close is the result of significant changes in the availability of information and support online, and so its services are no longer needed.
It also comes as it's faced challenges in dealing with the increasing regulatory and administrative demands.
