A local charity is on the lookout for volunteers.
Manx Blind Welfare Society is searching for people to help deliver its services to around 500 blind and visually impaired people across the Island.
New volunteers will join a team of like-minded people and be encouraged to find a role that suits their skills, interests, schedules, abilities and comfort zone.
In particular, the charity is looking for people to assist in running its fundraising shop, recording and delivering the weekly news bulletin and driving or escorting members in the minibus.
Anyone interested in becoming a volunteer is asked to call 674727 or email enquiries@mbws.org.im.
