A Ramsey teenager has had charges of assault and theft dropped by prosecutors.
Ben Mark Langley of Bowring Road appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 18-year-old is said to have attacked a man and stolen an iPhone 6S at a party in Douglas on January 2, but the court heard he’s also facing other, more serious charges in a separate case.
Prosecutor Hazel Carroon said in the circumstances she’d offer no evidence, and the charge was marked dismissed.
