There could be changes to the Island's health and social care complaints process, if approved by Tynwald.
Work to update the complaints regulations was brought about in April 2021, ahead of a full review of the policy for handling complaints.
New measures would mean Manx Care would provide more assistance to those who have had issues and ensure that complaints are welcome and 'used as a learning opportunity.'
The proposed regulations will be discussed in Tynwald on Tuesday.
