A doctors' surgery in Braddan says it's changing the way it books appointments today, Tuesday, January 13.
Palatine Surgery says queries will be triaged by a GP after patients fill in a form or have staff at the facility do it for them.
They'll then book appointments or refer people elsewhere for the most appropriate care.
It says it'll be huge change but hopes the system will work better.
