Chance to find out more about fostering

The head of fostering on the Isle of Man has told 3FM that being a foster carer can be a very rewarding experience.

Fostering First is holding a drop in session today (Thursday) for those people who are interested in finding out more.

It will take place at The Children’s Centre on Woodbourne Road in Douglas from 3pm to 7pm.

There are currently 52 children in care on the Island who are looked after by foster families but more carers are needed.
