A dedicated centre for those who are victims of sexual assault is expected to open in a year.
The Government posted on their social media channels to give an update on the progress of the £3.3m Sexual Assault Referral Centre.
DHA Minister Jane Poole-Wilson MHK and Manx Utilities Chairman John Wanneburgh MHK were recently at the site, where building work is ongoing.
The Department of Home Affairs says the SARC building will transform the way victims of sexual assault access medical care, treatment, wellbeing and forensic services.
