Celtic League wants more information on Police Bill amendments

Questions have been raised as to whether a consultation which looks at outsourcing parts of the police force is "meaningful".

The Celtic League says more information is needed before proposed amendments to the Police Bill - including scrapping non-essential services and employing civilians - are introduced.
