Celebrity chef gives Manx Queenies stamp of approval

Queenies found in Manx waters have celebrity chef Rick Stein's stamp of approval.

The head chef at his Seafood Restaurant in Padstow in Cornwall says they are the best he can source.

Stephane Delourme has been ordering them for a number of years - this weekend he'll be visiting the Island to see first-hand where they come from.

It ties in with his Celtic 7 Marathon Challenge which will see him run a marathon whilst here.
