A homeless man has been remanded in custody as he faces charges of assaulting police officers.
Liam Luke Kaighin appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He faces four charges to which he hasn’t yet entered pleas - common assault, possessing drugs and two counts of assaulting police officers.
His advocate asked the court for a week’s adjournment while he examines CCTV footage of the incident on July 23.
Magistrates remanded Mr Kaighin in custody and he’ll appear again on August 8.
