Laxey cycling star Mark Cavendish has dramatically pulled out of the Great Britain team for next weeks world championships – just hours after he was named to be in the six – man squad.
The 23 year old says he is tired as he has been racing full on since February.
In that time he’s lapped up a record number of stage wins including four in the Tour De France.
His replacement is yet
to be announced.
