Cav Fails to Place in Fifth and Final Round in Tour of Andalucia
Mark Cavendish capped off a disappointing start to his season yesterday by failing to finish the fifth and final stage of the tour of Andalucia in Spain.
Going into the event however Cav wasn’t expected to dominate as the hilly courses were never going to favour his trademark sprint style.
His GB partner Bradley Wiggins had a strong competition however finishing second on Stage 4.
Cav was forced to delay the start of his season after a painfull tooth abscess.
