Castletown will go to the polls in a fortnight's time to elect a new member to the town's local authority.
James Barrow resigned from the board in June for personal reasons, after being elected last April.
Three candidates have come forward - Julie Bareham, Jamie Horton and Pamela Rice.
Polls will open at 8am on Thursday, August 17.
