Castletown could be getting a new dentist surgery, if planners approve proposals.
Dr Elin Thomas has applied for permission to convert the first two floors of Shore House on Shore Road into the new facility.
The upper floor of the building would be used as an apartment.
In the application, Dr Thomas says Castletown's growth means it now needs more dentists, and the surgery would employ a total of six staff.
