Castletown Commissioners say everything is 'rosy' now they're back in control of public toilets

Castletown Commissioners say everything is ‘rosy’ now they have control of the Back Hope Street public toilets.

It follows a dispute, between the local authority and the Department of Infrastructure, over the facilities which started last year.

The toilets re-opened last month after a ‘negotiation’ period which left the block of toilets under the charge of the commissioners.
