Manx Care says it's not known whether a pharmacy in the South of the Island will re-open, following an 'abrupt closure' yesterday.
The health body says Castle Pharmacy, based on Malew Street in Castletown shut yesterday due to 'unpreventable circumstances.'
It adds reasons behind the closure are confidential and can't be disclosed.
To support those affected by the closure, a dedicated phone number (01624 642687) has been set up for people with queries or concerns.
Officials say at this time it's not known if the pharmacy will re-open, so people are advised to make alternative arrangements for their prescriptions.
People are being urged to consider other pharmacies in the South of the Island including:
- Costains Pharmacy, Ballasalla
- Lloyds Pharmacy, Castletown
- Clear Pharmacy, Port St Mary and Port Erin
