The Castle Mona is up for auction.
The disused hotel, based on the Loch promenade in Douglas will be on the market from Monday, May 14.
Its current owner - The Sefton Group says a former deal has fallen through, because the buyer didn't complete their payments.
The Castle Mona has been derelict since it closed in 2006.
